Marcelo brings his vast knowledge and experience from working with large international financial institutions. He has expertise in overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and review of our corporate financials. He has been assisting with developing, implementing, and optimizing IndigiCoin so that we can be assured that we are reaching each milestone in the most efficient and secure way. 

Some of what his department is involved with include determining the cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data, analyzing past and current financial performance data, and preparing reports and projections based on analyses.

The scaling model of the IndigiCoin ecosystem means that Marcelo must be proficient at knowing how to increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications and coordinating information requirements, identifying financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. This has been imperative so that each phase can stand on solid structural foundations to interlink at the perfect connection. 

Along with his analytics, he improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to management. He reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data and maintains databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Through all these checkpoints, he can recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
